the korean food is one of the most exciting undiscovered kitchen yet.even if i have never tasted the korean food yet because it is not available in my town ; however; through reading many korean recipes i can imagine the taste beacuse there are many ingredients in common between moroccan kitchen ( i am moroccan by the way) and the korean ones. one of thing in common is finding some recipes that combined between sweety and salty taste ;which does not exists in many international kitchen; besides the korean kitchenuses hot and spicy recipes too. of course without forgetting the use of garlic as an essential elements in korean and moroccan food. my participation in this contest is a way to go in virtual voyage into the korean kitchen through the expereince of the other bloggers and through my research about articles. i have tried some recipes according to the ingredients that are available in my small town but just some dessert ^^.
